Three basswood picture frames done for family members of our little fella.
The frames can fit 5x7 inches photograph, the outside dimension of each is 9.5'' on 11.5'':
The designs are all sketched, just waiting to be carved:
Two frames were done in exactly the same style, though both had the design drawn directly onto the wood so there are few small differences:
The third piece was done with a traditional Gothic border, all carvings are finished with a coat of light brown gel stain:
