Chip carved plate - another F.Nietzsche quote

Chip carving done in 10'' basswood plate, finished with dark mahogany gel stain.

It has a foliage design with oak leaves and acorns and a simple treble clef in the center.
  The quote around the plate is from the book Twilight of the Idols by Friedrich Nietzsche,

I am planning on making more plates with suitable quotes.
